Homes are dynamic and develop over time, they are modified, added to and maintained by each generation and set of owners. Change and time is what allows historical settings to develop the depth and character that we appreciate and our private homes are similar. The renovations to House Heylen presented the opportunity to not only do critical maintenance but also improve on previous additions , repurpose redundant spaces and create a dynamic link to the new guest room and first floor studio.
